All prices incl. electricity up to 300 US$ per month or 75 US$ per week

Minimum rental period:

1 week

Easter and Christmas 2 weeks and 20 % extra charge

Deposit of 500 € to be paid with balance of rental payment

will be paid back directly at the end of your vacation

Not included:

Cleaning fee 130 US$ to be paid to our property management

Electricity fee above 300 US$ p.m. to be settled with deposit

Down payment of 25 % 14 days after booking confirmation

Balance of payment is due 30 days before begin of rental period

Check-In after 4 p.m., Check-Out until 11 a.m.
