Dear Florida friends, our Villa Aida has been built in Florida, Cape Coral, at the Gulf of Mexico in one of the most famous areas in the south-western part of Cape Coral. This private vacation home is ready since June 2005 and can be rented for a stressless and recreative vacation. Our boat can be rented separately. Our story: We discovered Cape Coral, this perfect dream, in 1997 and decided immediately to buy a property at a canal with a quick access to the river and the gulf of Mexico. The next step - building a house - we did not before 2004. Since 1997 we rented about 10 different vacation homes. Every villa was nice in its way and we appreciated the amenities of the respective houses, but we also experienced their disadvantages. Those experiences helped us planning our dream of a vacation home. Although we are not perfect too, we tried to come close to it .... Our property is located in an absolutely quiet western exposure at an extra-wide canal, which allows you to reach the Gulf of Mexico in a very short time. Boating to the famous Sanibel Island and Captiva Island is a dream you can make real (our boat can be rented separately). Golf and Tennis courses, all kind of Water Sports and endless sand beaches can be reached by car.
